When people indicate which of the three competencies they focus on most, skills and knowledge receive nearly twice as much attention as attitudes.

We ranked the top innovation competencies and asked people which ones they felt they had mastered. We noticed that there is still much room for improvement for competencies like Technology, New methods, Influence, and Navigate.
