As part of the launch of The Talent Advantage, we conducted a unique survey to explore how companies identify and grow innovation talent. The survey gathered insights from 600 executives across Commercial, Innovation, and HR/Talent functions, equally represented across roles to ensure a balanced perspective. Participants came from 8 countries (Belgium, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, U.K., and U.S.A.), spanning a diverse range of industries. Access to the survey data
You can access the data we collected. You just need to follow the following simple steps:
- Send an e-mail to info@thetalentadvantage.org with your request (please use your business e-mail);
- In order to access the data, we ask you to indicate how you plan to use the data for our records;
- Once you have received the anonymized data, it cannot be distributed to anyone else than you.
